A hugely successful conference marking the Institute’s 20th anniversary was held in Cardiff City Hall on 26th November 2015. Key note speakers Professor Mark Drakeford AM, Minister for Health and Social Services, and King’s Fund Chief Executive Professor Chris Ham CBE, were joined by the health spokespeople of all four Assembly parties, Baroness Ilora Finlay, Professor David Oliver and many other leading figures in Welsh health and social care, to explore the challenges facing the sector in the coming years.
You may recall seeing WIHSC staff member Marina McDonald producing a graphic of the event at the back of the hall – this is now fully completed and is available here.
Several people were using Twitter throughout the day and Tweets from the event can be found by searching Twitter for #wihsc20
If you’d like to catch up on any of the WIHSC 20:20 blogs that were referred to by the Minister, they can be found here.
Finally, the Prezi of the blogs which ran at the beginning and end of the meeting can be viewed again here.
Further material from the conference will be added to the web site in future.
