Impact Evaluation

The Impact Evaluation phase is all about hearing from service users and carers. The documents and links below will allow people to find out more about how they can have their say in this stage of our work.

‘Recruitment’ film

This very short film available below which gives an insight into what we are hoping to do – it includes subtitles and British Sign Language interpretation – and is intended to be shared widely.

Flyer

An Easy Read flyer can be downloaded which provides a brief overview of our plans for the fieldwork which can be shared widely.

Recruiting people

In order for people to let us know that they want to take part in the study, we have created a short online form. People can also use the ‘postcards’ we have developed to provide us with their contact details.

Key Terms

To help explain some of the language used in the Social Services and Well-being Act we have produced a short document outlining the ‘Key Terms’.

Pro forma

In order to provide us with information, people can take part in a number of different ways – via interview, focus groups, or being part of our Facebook group (more information about these can be found on the Flyer and in the Participant Information Sheets).

One other way of being involved is to complete a pro forma. It asks key questions about people’s experience of the Act. It is available online, but if people prefer, they can fill in a copy of one of Word documents below and send that back to us.
